These terms apply when you use lavellaspa.in or visit Lavella Wellness Spa, 2nd floor, Pearl Bay Arcade, 62/2732R, YMCA Cross Rd, Kozhikode, Kerala 673001.

Our services and prices

We offer professional therapeutic massage at our spa. Every massage on our menu is ₹1,500 for a 1-hour session, paid by cash or UPI. Prices may change; the price shown on this website on the day of your visit applies. We don't offer home service.

Bookings and walk-ins

You can book by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp, or simply walk in during opening hours (10 AM to 10 PM, every day). Booking ahead is recommended. If you're running late or can't come, please let us know as early as you can.

Your visit

Our massages are for guests aged 18 and over. We may decline or end a session if a guest's behaviour towards our staff is inappropriate.

Your health

Our massages are for relaxation and general well-being. They aren't medical treatment. Please tell us about any injury, health condition, pregnancy or allergy (for example to massage oils) before your session, and check with your doctor if you're unsure whether massage suits you.

This website

We try to keep this website accurate, but its content may change without notice. The text, photos and logo belong to Lavella Wellness Spa and may not be copied without our permission. Links to other websites, such as Google Maps and WhatsApp, are for your convenience.

Liability

We're responsible for providing our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses that weren't caused by us.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala, have jurisdiction.
